1) Acceptance of service

The site owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, from time to time, with or without any notice. By continuing to use the Site after the site owner posts such amended Terms and Conditions, you accept them, as amended.
This Site is hosted using the facilities within the United States. You may not use dottelregistry.com or export the Content in violations of U.S. export laws and regulations. If you access dottelregistry.com from any location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
You are responsible for obtaining Service access and all equipment necessary for Service access.

2) Description of service

The site owner currently provides users with access to categorized listings, images, documents, news clips and link(s) to external website(s) posted by others (Registered Users and Advertisers) to promote domains whose extention ends with .TEL. Users are allowed to access external web pages by clicking any link(s) provided by Registered users and advertisers.

You understand and agree that any information, image(s) document(s) and news clip(s) relating to these are provided by Registered users and Advertisers who have accepted terms and conditions of dottelregistry.com.

The site owner reserves the right at any time to interrupt the Services (the use of the Site by Registered Users, unregistered Users and Advertisers) for planned maintenance or unplanned and unannounced maintenance of the Site. The owner also reserves the right at any time to terminate the services (the use of the Site by Registered Users, unregistered Users and Advertisers) temporarily with or without any notice. If the services of the Site are to be discontinued permanently, the site owner will announce such intentions well in advance and will, however, honor the contracts agreed with the registered users.

3) Registration and Registered User

Account Registration is free and users are required to submit the application form provided by the site owner. The registration process is subject to approval by the site owner. The Registered user's account is valid as long as you wish to maintain it subject to the terms and conditions of this site. Registered users may cancel their registered user account with or without any notice to the other users. Registration is available only to entities and persons over the age of legal majority who can form legally binding agreement(s) under applicable law. If you do not qualify, please DO NOT submit application form for registration.

The site owner reserves the right to reject any application for registration.

You agree that the site owner may, under certain circumstances and with or without prior notice, immediately terminate your Registered User Account and/or refuse access to the Service.

4) Termination of Registered User Account

Cause for termination of Registered User Account or refuse to access the service, shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions of this Site, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by the member, d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service, (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, and/or (g) you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.

5) Submitting and Posting Listings

Listings should be related to a domain name ending with the extension .TEL (the tld .tel). Submissions with other tld's will be rejected.
The site owner accepts FREE Listing submissions from Registered users. Registered users are allowed to submit their listings subject to the Terms and Conditions. The site owner reserves the right to allocate space (by limiting the number, size and weight of photographs, images, documents or any other electronic data) for different plans. And reserves the right to increase or decrease the allocated space, with or without prior notice.

Any listing posted by a Registered user may contain text, images, a link or links to an external website or websites and a link or links to the contact information of the submitter. The site owner is not responsible for the contents of such linked website(s). Use of such links is at user's own risk.

6) Deletion of Listings including links, text, images, video clips, audio clips.

You agree that the site owner may, under certain circumstances and with or without prior notice, immediately delete your listing(s). Cause for deleting the listing(s), shall include, but not be limited to,
   (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions of this Site,
   (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies,
   (c) a request by the User,
   (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service,
   (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems,
   (f) extended periods of inactivity,
   (g) inactivity of any links (to websites) provided,
   (h) you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.

7) Posting and Uploading Rules for Registered users and advertisers

The following products and services are not allowed for advertising or displaying.

·   Pornography & any advertisement leading to such services of products.
·   Firearms, Ammunition, and Weapons
·   Unapproved Drugs, Unapproved Medical Devices
·   Services or products that Promote Hatred, Racism or Religious Persecution
·   Human Body Parts, Fluids, and Remains
·   Any other products not allowed for displaying, sale or export by the country that
     provides hosting facilities for this Site.

The site owner reserves the right to delete, temporarily or permanently, any advertising or uploaded content that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Site.

8) Products and Services provided by Users, Registered Users and Advertisers

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, content sponsors and/or advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You understand and agree that the site owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such sponsors and/or advertisers on the Service.

9) Indemnity

You understand and agree to indemnify and hold the site owner, affiliates of the site owner, administrators of the site owner, management staff of the site owner, publishers of the site owner, and partners of the site owner, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees (lawyers' fees) and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

10) Disclaimer

You understand and agree that the use of dottelregistry.com is at your own risk. All content available through dottelregistry.com is provided on an "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Neither the site owner, nor any partners or related companies, or any of the employees, agents, content providers or advertisers, make any representation or warranty of any kind regarding dottelregistry.com, the content, any advertising material, or the results that may be obtained from use of such services or sites. The site owner makes no warranty that dottelregistry.com will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free or that dottelregistry.com or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or destructive files.

11) Limitation of liability

The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
